Over five years ago, Marquette started planning hundreds of apartment units near Union Park. Despite
skeptics, a global pandemic, turbulent capital markets and several surprises along the way, Marquette
pulled it off! Recently, Marquette opened The Thompson at Fulton Market. This project - when added to
EVO Union Park, Parq Fulton and The Mason - brings Marquette's total apartment count to almost 1,000
units at the west end of Fulton Market.
