The past year has been something we have never faced before.  We confronted strong global headwinds including, geopolitical tensions, supply chain disruption, stubborn inflation, rising interest rates, and the threat of a recession.  While at the same time, we experienced solid economic and real estate market fundamentals.  The economy continued to prove its resiliency in the face of adversity - giving us hope that the Fed can land the US economy safely, without too much damage. 

Given all the uncertainty, business decisions and transactions overall have been challenging.  Staying on top of where the real estate economy and market are today and more importantly, where they could be headed going forward, has never been more important.
