Frank Nardi Biography

Frank is a Principal in Baker Tilly’s Real Estate and Construction group with over 25 years of experience serving public and private companies in these industries. A licensed CPA in Illinois and New York, Frank brings technical expertise and practical insights to his clients.

Specializing in auditing and financial reporting for public and private companies in the real estate and hospitality sectors, including owners, developers, real estate funds, and REITs. Frank also supports due diligence for acquisitions, guiding clients through lease abstraction, financial modeling, and forecasting. With experience as both a management consultant and external auditor, he has a strong background in internal controls over financial reporting. Frank is also an experienced Peer Review Inspector.

Frank is actively engaged in the industry through his involvement with the Affordable Housing Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He also serves on the Audit Committee for Midlothian Country Club and was previously a member of the governing board of Rainbows for All Children.
