Brian is Managing Partner and Founder of Continuum Capital Funding, LLC (“Continuum”). Continuum is an alternative investment fund, providing short-term, small-balance commercial real estate loans in the greater Chicago metropolitan region.  Continuum specializes in bridge and “hard” money loans. The fund was created in January of 2008.  Brian is responsible for sourcing investor capital as well as identifying loans for the fund’s portfolio.

In 2006, Brian created the predecessor firm, Continuum Capital, LLC which specialized in locating capital for small and mid‐sized real estate professionals. Brian provided financial solutions for his clients in locating capital throughout the entire capital structure. He placed his clients’ construction, permanent and mezzanine debt as well as equity for specific projects. Although Brian works with all property types, his specialty is housing and mixed‐use projects.

Prior to Continuum, Brian was a mortgage banker/broker for Chicagoland debt providers.  Brian has been responsible for originating over $100 million in production.

Brian has an MBA from DePaul University’s Real Estate Center concentrating in Real Estate Investment and Finance. Brian also holds a BSBA in Marketing and International Business from The Ohio State University where he played varsity lacrosse. Brian is also active in a variety of real estate organizations (REIA, ULI, YREP, DREAA).
