Brian Lee Biography

Brian Lee serves as the Vice President of Strategic Business Development at Phoenix Builders, a veteran-owned general contractor and construction management firm based in Chicago, with operations extending to Venice, Florida, and across the Midwest. With 43 years of industry leadership, Phoenix Builders continues to evolve into a full-service development firm under his strategic direction, spanning vertical markets including multi-family residential, retail, hospitality, self-storage, luxury car condominiums, industrial/flex properties, senior living, and office spaces.

Beyond his executive role, Brian is an active leader in the commercial real estate and construction industry. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) Chicago Chapter and REIA Chicago (Real Estate Investors Association), and has served two terms on the Board of Directors for Associated Builders and Contractors of Illinois (ABCIL). He is also an active participant in the Real Professional Network and Engaging Speakers.

An avid endurance athlete outside of his corporate leadership, Brian is a four-time marathon finisher.
