Mr. Vitullo was  Senior Counsel and Chair of the Government Affairs Practice Group at Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon LLP. He specializes in Government Affairs, Real Estate, Bonds and Tax Increment Financing.

Mr. Vitullo serves as Special Counsel for the South Suburban and Managers Association, Counsel and Advisor to the 1992 and 1998 campaigns of the Honorable Carol Moseley-Braun, and Former Assistant and Counsel to Illinois Governor Daniel Walker, 1973-1976. He was Contributing Author, Local Government Law Section Council of the ISBA – Reference Guide prepared by the Taxpayers’ Federation of Illinois in May, 2000. Mr. Vitullo is a frequent speaker for the Illinois Municipal League and Chicago Bar Association, Local Government Committee. He is also a frequent speaker for the Illinois State Bar Association Commentator on Proposed Eminent Domain Statute. Mr. Vitullo served for the United States Army as Captain, Active Duty between 1969 and 1971. Received his B.A. from John Carroll University in 1966 and received his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago in 1969.
