Initially introduced in September of 2013, the Transit Oriented Development Ordinance has since been a driving force for the development and redevelopment of Chicago neighborhoods.  What were the initial reasons for creating the TOD?  What is the current status of TODs?  What are the opportunities and challenges for future TODs?

Please join our experienced panel as they discuss these questions and more from the municipal, speculative, regulatory and design points of view.

Moderator:  Jeff Goulette, Principal, Sullivan Goulette & Wilson, Ltd.

Panel:  Ameya Pawar, Alderman 47th Ward, City of Chicago
Frank Campise, Principal, JAB Real Estate Inc.
Christopher Michalek, Associate Partner, Sullivan Goulette & Wilson, Ltd.
