Every week there is a new article about a fund being raised or the amount of dry power on the sidelines.   These same articles are accompanied by a din of news about distress, foreclosures and rising delinquencies.   Layer on top of that, the constant chatter about interest rate movement and a hotly contested Presidential election.   This is a tumultuous time to be any kind of investor, let alone a real estate investor.   One thing everyone agrees on is that opportunities can be found in this kind of environment.   But where will they be....exactly?
