Please join us for an evening of curated agave tastings hosted and lead by the team at Asadito Taco & Slightly Toasted, home of one of the largest agave collections in Chicago. Whether you have never had a sip before, or you are an experienced tequila or mezcal drinker, we have something for you. Our event will feature 4 different pours, including 2 selections from incredibly small family distilleries seldomly seen in Chicago. 

        In this tasting, you’ll also learn:                                          

• The history of the tequila industry.
• How to taste and determine what flavor profiles you prefer.
• The ingredients in tequila and how the agave plant is used. 
• What is the difference between tequila and mezcal?
• And many other fun facts about tequila....
